About Julie

I started in my 40s. At 60, I crossed my first 100-mile finish line

I spent years working 40–80-hour weeks while training for races. I know what it feels like to juggle deadlines, long days, family responsibilities — and still try to fit in the miles.

I didn't grow up as a competitive athlete. I started in my 40s and have been chasing finish lines ever since. That experience shaped my belief: endurance isn't reserved for the young. It's a lifelong tool for strength, confidence, and healthy aging.
