Terms of Service.
Plain-English terms that cover coaching, training camps, and anything else we offer through Master Endurance Coaching.

Who this agreement is between
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Master Endurance Coaching ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Julie Knight, and the coaching services, training plans, content, and materials we provide. By reaching out, enrolling in a coaching service, registering for a camp, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use our services.
What we offer
We offer one-to-one endurance coaching services (Foundational, Master, and Elite tiers), training camps, and related educational content. Coaching is delivered remotely through email, messaging, scheduled calls, and shared training platforms.
We are a coaching service — not a medical provider, physical therapist, or registered dietitian. Nothing we offer is a substitute for professional medical care.
Your responsibilities
To get the most out of coaching (and to keep yourself safe), you agree to:
- Tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or health concerns that could affect your training — before we begin, and any time something changes.
- Consult a qualified medical professional before starting or significantly changing your training — especially after injury, illness, surgery, or pregnancy.
- Follow the plan with honest effort and communicate openly if something feels off, painful, or unsustainable.
- Use training advice as guidance — listen to your body and modify or skip sessions as needed.
- Keep shared training data (Garmin, Strava, TrainingPeaks, etc.) accurate and up to date.
- Pay invoices or subscription charges on time.
Medical disclaimer + assumption of risk
Endurance training involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks including, but not limited to: musculoskeletal injury, cardiovascular stress, dehydration, heat illness, and in rare cases serious injury or death.
Before starting any training program with us, you should consult a qualified medical professional — especially if you have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant, are returning from injury, or have any concern about your ability to train safely. By participating in coaching, camps, or any activity we recommend, you acknowledge the risks of endurance activity and assume full responsibility for your participation.
Training plans, strength routines, and guidance are recommendations, not prescriptions. You are ultimately responsible for the workouts you do, the intensities you choose, and the decisions you make on training and race days.
Fees, billing, and cancellation
Coaching is billed monthly, in advance. Fees vary by tier and are confirmed during our initial conversation before any charge is made. There is no long-term contract — you can cancel at any time with at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date.
Monthly fees are not refundable once billed. If you cancel mid-month, your plan and communication continue through the end of that billing period. We reserve the right to adjust fees; you'll be given at least 30 days' written notice of any increase, and existing clients are grandfathered for a transition period.
Intellectual property
All training plans, workouts, written guidance, and digital materials we provide are our intellectual property and are licensed to you solely for your personal use. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or publish our materials without prior written permission.
Any feedback, testimonials, or content you share with us about your experience may be used (with your name and image only if you give explicit permission) for marketing purposes. We'll always ask before using something publicly.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Master Endurance Coaching and Julie Knight are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may evolve as our services grow. When we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law + disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Julie Knight resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by email before any formal action.

These Terms are intentionally straightforward. If anything feels ambiguous to you, it probably needs clearer language — let us know and we’ll fix it.
